Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Bien Tickets, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Uganda.
Ticket Purchases
All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated by the event organizer or applicable refund policy. Bien Tickets acts as a platform connecting organizers and attendees. Prices are displayed in Ugandan Shillings (UGX).
Organizer Responsibilities
Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event information, fulfillment of the event, and compliance with Ugandan local laws and venue regulations.
Fees & Payments
Platform and payment processing fees apply to paid events as disclosed at checkout and in the organizer dashboard. Payments are processed via MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, and Bien Wallet.
