How do I get a refund?
Refunds are available up to 48 hours before the event (Africa/Kampala time). Contact the organizer or our support team at +256 700 123 456.
Can I transfer my ticket?
Yes, from your My Tickets page you can transfer tickets to another attendee using their mobile number or email.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, and Bien Wallet. All prices are shown in UGX.
What fees do organizers pay?
Platform and payment gateway fees are deducted per ticket sold. See your organizer dashboard for current UGX rates.
